Placing orders

Our system does not recognise if you place a super speedy and standard speedy order together. These must be placed separately. Eg. Place 2 orders - One for your super speedy items and one for your less urgent standard speedy orders. Placing these together will result in your super speedy items being delayed.

 

Turnaround Time

When will I receive my printed label order?

SUPER SPEEDY orders placed by 12pm Monday-Friday will dispatch the same working day (Mon-Fri) - 

Our Standard Speedy Turnaround time is displayed on the announcement banner at the top of our pages.

The day your order is placed does NOT count as day 1 of turnaround (unless SUPER SPEEDY), the following working day will count as day 1.

Eg. Order placed Monday, will process Tuesday and will dispatch by Thursday. Orders placed over a weekend will not process until a Monday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted in working days when calculating your dispatch time.

If any problems arise with your order, ie. missing information, this may delay your order. Occasionally your order may also dispatch sooner than expected.

The above does not reflect on when you will receive your order through your door. This is dependant on Royal Mail in your area. All post is sent Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail 1st class Special Delivery (if selected). We do not hold any responsibility for late arrivals due to issues with Royal Mail. We obtain receipts of proof of posting for every order that leaves us. Royal mail may take longer than expected to deliver your order during busy periods... eg. leading up to Christmas. Royal mail do not consider your mail to be lost until 10 working days (Mon-Fri) after your order has been dispatched. After this time, if you have still not received your order, please contact us and we are able to resend it to you and make a claim with ROYAL MIL to cover our time and losses.

All DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ORDERS placed anytime Monday - Friday are completed within 24 hours. Digital download orders placed on a Saturday / Sunday are fulfilled on a Monday in accordance with the time it was placed over the weekend.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellation of physical orders are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Seller is not responsible to issue any refund and/or accept any return if the goods have been made to order or personalised for Buyer.

Cancellations / refunds are not issued for any digital download product.

All of our labels are produced manually. In the rare event that there is a mistake on any of your labels, please notify us immediately and it shall be rectified on the same day at our own expense. If the mistake was the buyers fault ie. Incorrectly inputted information to appear on your labels, you, the buyer, will be liable to rectify at your own expense. Please ensure you input information carefully upon placing your order.
